What does it cost per guy?
Packages start at $2,000 per person for a three-night trip, all in: golf, the house, transport and the planning. Season, the courses you pick, the size of the house and how much you want handled off the course move the number. You get one all-in price per person. What changes the cost →
How does the deposit work? Can we get it back?
You don't pay anything until you've approved the itinerary. Then a $1,000 deposit holds your tee times, house and reservations, and it's credited to your total. It's fully refundable until your balance is due, 60 days before arrival. There's no planning fee.
How fast do we hear back?
Fast. Once you build your trip, we check live tee sheets and home availability and come back with your confirmed plan, usually the same day. Your concierge will call or text you that day.
How big does our group need to be?
Most of our groups are 10 to 16 guys. That's the size where one big house and a block of tee times work best. Smaller crews work too: we can put a smaller group in a hotel instead of a villa.
What's included, and what isn't?
Included: tee times and green fees on your itinerary, a villa or hotel rooms, transportation to every round, tournament setup, a stocked fridge at the house, dinner reservations, private chefs and nightlife depending on your trip, and a planner on call the whole time. Not included: flights to Phoenix, and whatever you lose on the side bets.
Does everyone have to golf?
No. We build the schedule so the non-golfers have a pool, a lunch spot and a ride to meet the group afterward.
Why not just book it ourselves?
You can. But we book through the course directors at wholesale rates, we know which courses are closed for overseeding on your dates, we set up the tournament, and we're the one number to call when a tee time moves. Your weekend stops being a project.
Is this just for bachelor parties?

How far ahead should we book?
Lock in dates 10 to 12 weeks before you travel, and earlier for January through April. Prime tee times for big groups book out about 90 days ahead.
